Once again I am happy to have been included in Parents Magazine. This is my third freelanced piece with the magazine and they are always a pleasure to work with. Funny thing about this project, I submitted it and was paid for it almost two years ago. Yet it’s only now finally made it to print. See, evergreen (not holiday or seasonal) content is often pushed aside for seasonal and holiday pieces that the publisher may want to feature during the issue you were supposed to be in. So I knew eventually my little barn animals would appear, I just didn’t know when. Until I opened my mailbox today and received the March 2015 issue with a note from the Associate Editor. Thanks again Parents, always a pleasure and an honor. 🙂
Testimonials
"I've had the pleasure of hiring Amanda for freelance kids' craft projects for nearly four years. She is one of the most imaginative folks around. When I assign a piece out to her I know to expect high-quality work done in a timely manner. She is the MacGyver of crafters -- give her only a few things to work with, and she can build something incredible."
